  • 📍 Where and When Do the Lessons Take Place?

    We offer in-home, on-site, or business-based computer training for individuals, small groups, and even larger sessions of up to 25 people—perfect for senior residences, community centres, and other group settings. Our approach meets you where you are—both physically and in your learning journey.

      • 1.5 hours — $79

      • Individual (3 x 90-min sessions) — $189
      • Two Learners Together — $239 for 3 sessions
      • Groups (3 or more learners) — $89/hour (custom session length)

  • Q: How do I get started?

    1. Fill out the Brightpath Pathway Questionnaire
      To begin, simply click the link below to complete our learning centre Pathway Form. This short form helps us understand your needs and goals so we can tailor our support to you.

    2. Book your FREE 10–20‑minute consultation.
      Call or email us to choose a time that fits your schedule.

    3. We’ll start with a relaxed chat to learn about your goals and comfort level with technology. It’s all about understanding where you're at and how we can help you get where you want to go.

    4. Review, refine & approve your custom course outline
      Within three business days, we’ll email you a personalized course outline based on the program length you requested. You’re under no obligation to proceed until it meets your expectations. Let us know any tweaks you’d like, and we’ll refine the plan to perfectly align with your goals.

    5. Confirm and Pay

      Once you’ve approved the course outline, simply open the attached invoice and click the “Pay Invoice” link to securely complete your payment. After your payment is processed, a paid receipt will be automatically emailed to you for your records.

    6. Schedule your sessions.
      After payment is complete, we’ll email you a secure booking link to schedule your sessions at times that work for you. Need help or prefer manual scheduling? Just reply to the email or give us a call—our coordinator is here to help.

    7. Three‑Business‑Day Preparation Period.
      After payment, please allow up to 3 business days for us to create your personalized materials.

    8. Ongoing support—anytime.
